Ashley began her journey with Boulton Dental in 2018 as a Dental Assistant, where she quickly discovered her passion for dentistry. This inspired her to go on to study Oral Health Therapy at the University of Newcastle (Ourimbah campus), completing her degree in 2024 and returning back to Boulton dental as an Oral Health Therapist. Ashley chose a career in Oral Health Therapy because she finds it incredibly rewarding to make a positive difference in people’s lives, whether that’s improving their oral health or helping them feel proud of their smile. She likes building genuine connections with patients and creating a comfortable, friendly environment for everyone. Ashley particularly enjoy the dental hygiene side of dentistry, as it allows her to focus on prevention, patient education, and helping people maintain healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys being part of the Boulton Dental team as it is such a supportive and friendly team which makes coming to work something she truly looks forward to. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, travelling, or relaxing at the beach with her dog.
