Lauren completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at the Adelaide University in 2015. She moved from Adelaide to begin her career as an Oral Heath Therapist in a sunny costal town on the mid north coast before moving to Newcastle. She has been with the practice for almost 9 years; and is the proud head of the Hygiene/Oral Health Therapy Department here at Boulton Dental. Lauren aspires to make all her patients comfortable; adults and children, and to ensure their experience from start to finish goes beyond. She prides herself on her professionalism, clinical skills, delivering results to her patients with kindness; always executed with a smile – and some added sense of humour! Boulton Dental’s foundation is based on patient centred care, gold standard treatment , mentorship from highly experienced clinicians as well as being an accredited practice. All things which Lauren admired when she applied for the role nine years ago and resonated with her deeply allowing her to be somewhere that facilitated the type of clinician that she wanted to be with like-minded individuals. Lauren is dedicated to advancing her knowledge continually in the latest on periodontal disease management, dental therapy and patient management. Genuine care and connection for her patients is paramount – she hopes to see you in her chair soon.
